Support and refunds
Contact contact@lo9os.org for design-pick support.
Include your order number, product version, operating system and a short description of the problem. Do not send your full license key, passwords, bank details or screenshots containing private page data.
License and downloads
Use the Polar customer portal linked from your purchase receipt to retrieve your supplied downloads and license. Browser and command-line installations keep separate local records. Existing licenses retain the terms and expiry under which they were issued.
If an included feature cannot be restored after reinstalling, reconnect and choose Re-check now in the extension, or run design-pick license refresh for the command line. Contact support with your order reference if the problem remains.
Refunds
The planned new one-time offer includes a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund. Email support within 14 days of purchase with the order number. Polar processes refunds as Merchant of Record. A refunded license is revoked and paid features stop on the next license check; free element selection and basic context copying remain available. Open-tab property checks were also free in 0.3.1; the 0.3.2 review build requires Pro for source hints and property comparison. Existing MIT CLI functionality is unchanged.
New one-time purchases are currently closed. Existing purchases remain governed by their original terms. Consumer rights that cannot be excluded by applicable law remain unaffected.
Availability
The Chrome extension 0.3.2 is under review with the revised Free/Pro split. Automatic publication is disabled. The build is not publicly released; a separate release check remains required before public availability.
